We manufacture rigid metal tubes bent and shaped according to the customer’s design.

POR was founded in the 1980s with the production of shaped rigid tubes for vehicle’s power steering systems.

Growing up, our company has diversified and gained a strong experience in automotive, light and heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, air conditioning and industrial machinery applications.

In the last time, we started supply bent and shaped rigid metal pipes for lighting, medical and food industry applications too.

We work steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum rigid pipes up to diameter 45 mm.

The processes that are part of our know-how include:

Tube cutting;

Cold deformation of pipes;

Assembly of fittings, flanges or support on the pipes;

Braze-welding with copper paste;

Tube bending and shaping;

Controls and tests;

POR Srl boasts since 1997 a Company Quality System according to the ISO 9001 standard.

We guarantee the conformity of the product starting from materials, components and treatments, strictly controlled during the arrival acceptance phase and purchased only from qualified suppliers.

We provide the customer with production batch’s sheets that ensure the most traceability of the material, components and products we use. All our sampling are certified by our internal Metrology Room before to start with the serial production.
