Since more than 30 years, Nuova Simat (located in Livorno, Italy) provides industrial assembly and maintenance solutions to many industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Refineries, Valve Industry, Marine, Constructions etc.

Nuova Simat was born thanks to the determination of Mr. Domenico Zicchino who founded Simat in 1989, being the first Italian distributor of hydraulic torque wrenches made in USA. Since then, we began to provide a wide range of products and services all over the world.

We are specialized in SALES, RENTALS and ON-SITE SERVICES with high-tech equipment and skilled technicians.

Our main products and in-situ machining capabilities:

– BOLTING TOOLS (hydraulic torque wrenches, tensioners, multipliers, powerpacks etc.) for tightening/loosening operations at controlled torque;

– we manufacture PORTABLE INDUSTRIAL HEATING SYSTEMS for turbine casing bolting, shrink fitting (impellers, retaining rings) and heat treatment operations, saving up to the 80% of time with respect to traditional methods (electrical heaters, open flames etc.) operating in total safety;

– PORTABLE MACHINE TOOLS (flange facers, drilling and tapping units, boring machines, pipe-cutters, milling machines etc.) to operate directly on-site, both in standard version or tailor-made one according to specific requirements.
