Fornovo Gas

Fornovo Gas SpA is an Italian company based in Traversetolo (Parma). Born in 1969 in the CNG retail and distribution activity,  we began to design and manufacture our own reciprocating compressors since 2004. Thousands of our machines are present all over the world and stand out for their versatility of performance in the diverse industrial and environmental conditions.

The quality of Fornovo Gas products is witnessed by the whole wide range of compressors, typically made with not lubricated cylinders and all of them available in the OIL FREE version (with distance piece type B or C according to API618), able to meet the requirements from Oil&Gas, CNG, Biogas&Biomethane, Refineries, Chemicals & Fertilizers and many more applications.

We believe that every customer is unique. That is why we always create tailor-made solutions designed to meet the exact features of each new project. Before offering any unit, we support the customers to identify the key points for the proper product selection.

From 2022, Fornovo Gas proudly belongs to the group of the first 1000 companies in Italy with the title of “Benefit Company”, which means “oriented towards important social and environmental objectives”. In this way, we believe we are ambassadors of a new conception of sustainable progress.
